골프존이 오는 15일 대전 골프존조이마루에서 ‘2025 신한투자증권 GTOUR’ 7차 결선을 연다. 남자 프로 88명이 출전하며, 세계 명문 코스를 가상 구현한 베스페이지-블랙에서 스크린 골프 최강자를 가린다.
이번 대회는 골프존이 주최하고 신한투자증권이 메인 후원한다. 챌린저 골프웨어, 제주항공, 던롭스포츠코리아, 비엔나커피하우스 등이 서브 파트너로 참여했다. 경기는 ‘투비전NX’ 투어모드에서 1일 2라운드, 36홀 스트로크 플레이 방식을 따른다. 예선 및 시드권자 등을 포함한 88명이 1라운드를 치른 후, 상위 60명이 최종 라운드로 진출한다.
총상금은 8천만 원이며, 우승자는 1천7백만 원과 대상·신인상 포인트 2천 점을 확보한다.
이번 대회 코스는 2002년·2009년 US오픈 개최지로 유명한 골프다이제스트 선정 ‘TOP 100’ 베스페이지-블랙이다. 난도가 높은 그린과 코스 구성으로 “한 번쯤 도전하고 싶은 퍼블릭 명코스”로 꼽힌다. GTOUR 선수들이 어떤 전략으로 코스를 풀어갈지가 관전 포인트다.
시즌 막바지 변수도 주목된다. 올 시즌 최다승을 기록 중인 김홍택을 비롯해 최민욱, 이용희, 김민수 등 주요 시드권 강자들이 출전하며, 6차 대회 준우승자 하승빈, 생애 첫 우승을 기록한 송명규 등 상승세 선수들도 각축을 벌일 전망이다. GTOUR MIXED 대회에서 활약한 공태현, 하기원 등도 변수로 꼽힌다.
대회는 무료 관람이 가능하며, 현장에는 포토존과 이벤트가 마련된다. 골프존은 4K 고화질 중계를 제공해 현장·온라인 관람 모두 몰입감을 강화할 계획이다. 경기는 네이버·다음 스포츠, 골프존 유튜브 채널에서 생중계되며, 최종 라운드는 JTBC골프에서도 확인할 수 있다. 아시아권 송출을 위한 SPOTV 녹화 중계도 예정됐다.

GOLFZON to Host Final Round of '2025 GTOUR' 7th Tournament on the 15th
GOLFZON will host the final round of the '2025 Shinhan Investment Corp. GTOUR' 7th Tournament at Golfzon Zoimaru in Daejeon on the 15th. Eighty-eight male professional golfers will compete to determine the screen golf champion on the Bethpage Black course, virtually implemented from a world-renowned prestigious course.
The tournament is organized by GOLFZON and primarily sponsored by Shinhan Investment Corp. Sub-partners include Challenger Golf Wear, Jeju Air, Dunlop Sports Korea, and Vienna Coffee House. The competition will follow a 36-hole stroke play format over two rounds on one day, utilizing the 'TwoVision NX' Tour Mode. Eighty-eight players, including qualifiers and seeded players, will compete in the first round, with the top 60 advancing to the final round.
The total prize money is 80 million KRW, and the winner will secure 17 million KRW along with 2,000 points for the Grand Prize and Rookie of the Year awards.
The course for this tournament is Bethpage Black, selected by Golf Digest as one of the 'TOP 100' and famous for hosting the US Open in 2002 and 2009. Known for its challenging greens and course layout, it is regarded as a "public course masterpiece one must challenge." How the GTOUR players strategize to tackle the course will be a key point of interest for spectators.
Variables in the final stages of the season are also noteworthy. Strong seeded players, including Kim Hong-taek (who has the most wins this season), Choi Min-wook, Lee Yong-hee, and Kim Min-su, will participate. Rising players such as Ha Seung-bin, runner-up in the 6th tournament, and Song Myung-gyu, who secured his first-ever win, are also expected to fiercely compete. Gong Tae-hyun and Ha Gi-won, who performed well in the GTOUR MIXED tournament, are also considered potential game-changers.
The tournament offers free admission to the public, with a photo zone and events prepared on-site. GOLFZON plans to enhance immersion for both in-person and online viewing by providing a 4K high-definition broadcast. The matches will be broadcast live on Naver and Daum Sports, and the GOLFZON YouTube channel, with the final round also available on JTBC Golf. A recorded broadcast for Asian territories is also scheduled on SPOTV.
