한옥이 무너지지 않고
버티는 힘은
대들보에 있다.
대들보가 버티는 힘이 아무리 강하다 해도
약해보이는 서까래가 없다면
한옥은 존재하지 못해
대들보가 서까래에게
"너는 뭐냐?"고 무시한다면
말이 안 되지
대들보와 서까래는

The strength that allows a hanok to stand without collapsing lies in the main beam.
No matter how strong the main beam may be,
without the seemingly weak rafters,
the hanok cannot exist.
It would be absurd for the main beam to ignore the rafters,
asking, "What are you?"
Because the main beam and the rafters are
