세종특별자치시의회 김현옥 의원(더불어민주당, 새롬동)이 자살사고 현장을 목격하거나 초기 대응한 시민과 근로자들을 위한 ‘트라우마 회복 지원체계’ 마련을 시에 강력히 요구했다.
