【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구시교육청이 어린이집 보육교사 110명을 대상으로 ‘2025 어린이집 보육교사 이음교육 역량 강화 연수’를 진행했다.
이번 연수는 유보통합에 대비해 5세 유아의 초등학교 적응력을 높이고, 어린이집의 누리과정 실행력 강화와 초등 연계 교육의 내실화를 지원하기 위해 마련됐다.
연수는 ‘초등학교 기관의 이해 및 놀이와 배움’이라는 주제로 진행됐다. 1부에서는 초등 수석교사의 특강이, 2부에서는 현장 사례 나눔 시간이 마련됐다. 특강에서는 초등학교 1학년 교육과정 구성과 학급 운영, 학교생활 적응 지도, 학부모 상담 등 실제 현장을 중심으로 어린이집과 초등학교 간 연계 방안이 구체적으로 제시됐다.
이어진 사례 나눔 시간에는 협력 수업, 놀이 중심 교육과정 연계, 이음학기 운영 우수사례 등이 공유됐다. 교사들은 유아 발달 단계에 맞춘 연계 전략과 현장 적용 방안에 대해 함께 고민했다.
한 보육교사는 “이론 중심이 아니라 실제 사례 중심의 연수라 현장에서 바로 적용할 수 있을 것 같다”고 소감을 전했다.
강은희 대구시교육감은 “이음교육의 핵심은 기관 간 긴밀한 협력과 소통”이라며 “이번 연수가 유아의 성장과 발달을 돕는 실질적 연계 교육의 기반이 되길 바란다”고 말했다.

Daegu Metropolitan Superintendent of Education Kang Eun-hee stated, "The core of connected education is close cooperation and communication between institutions. I hope this training will serve as a foundation for practical, connected education that supports the growth and development of young children."
