【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=태전도서관이 오는 15일 오후 2시, 초등학교 1~3학년 어린이와 부모를 대상으로 ‘소복이 작가와의 만남’ 행사를 연다.
이번 행사는 그림책 ‘왜 우니?’를 쓴 소복이 작가를 초청해, 감정 공감과 위로를 주제로 한 강연과 체험 프로그램으로 꾸며진다.
‘왜 우니?’는 주인공 아이가 다양한 공간에서 우는 사람들에게 “너는 왜 우니?”라고 물으며 이야기를 듣고, 서로의 감정을 공감하고 위로하는 과정을 담아 감정 표현의 소중함을 일깨우는 그림책으로 많은 사랑을 받고 있다.
행사에 참가한 어린이와 부모들은 작가와 함께 직접 그림책을 읽고, 느낀 점과 감정을 편하게 나누는 시간을 갖는다.

태전도서관 관계자는 “이번 행사가 그림책을 통해 부모와 자녀가 서로의 마음을 더 이해하고 공감할 수 있는 소중한 시간이 되길 바란다”며 “어린이들에게 감정의 회복과 따뜻한 위로를 전하는 뜻깊은 자리가 되길 기대한다”고 말했다.
