경남교육청, 고3 수험생 위한 ‘찾아가는 모의면접 캠프’ 운영

[브레이크뉴스=박찬호 기자] 경남교육청이 대학 수시모집을 준비 중인 고3 수험생들을 돕기 위해 오는 15일 창원여자고등학교 체육관에서 ‘찾아가는 모의면접 캠프’를 실시한다.

9시부터 오후 5시까지 진행되는 이번 프로그램에는 도내 각 고교에서 추천받은 348명의 학생이 참여해 실전 대비형 면접 훈련을 받는다.

교육청은 수험생들이 가장 부담을 느끼는 전형이 면접임에도 정규 수업 과정에서 충분한 연습 기회를 갖기 어렵다는 점을 고려해, 이번 캠프를 실전 적응 중심으로 구성했다. 

참가 학생은 제시문 기반 면접, 학교생활기록부 기반 심층 면접, 다중 미니 면접(MMI) 가운데 한 가지 방식을 선택해 연습하며, 면접 방식별 평가 기준과 대응 전략을 체계적으로 익히게 된다.

면접 지도는 대학별 면접 유형에 정통한 대학진학전문위원단 교사들이 맡는다. 이들은 올해 전국 대학의 면접고사 반영 방식 및 출제 경향을 분석해 개발한 문항을 활용해, 질의·응답·피드백 과정이 실제 면접과 동일하게 이뤄질 수 있도록 운영할 계획이다.
