충주시는 오는 12월 4일 오후 7시 30분, 충주문화회관에서 ‘2025년 KBS국악관현악단 초청 송년 음악회’를 개최된다고 밝혔다.
KBS충주방송국이 주관하는 올해 공연에는 KBS국악관현악단이 박상후 지휘자와 호흡을 맞춰 우리 음악의 섬세한 감성과 웅장한 선율을 선보인다.
1985년 창단한 국악관현악단은 국악의 정통성과 현대적 감각을 조화롭게 녹여내며 국악계의 수준을 한 단계 끌어올린 국악 전문 연주단체다.
특히, 시카고·뉴욕·워싱턴·고베 등 해외에서 다양한 활동을 펼치며 국악 세계화에 앞장서는 문화외교 사절단으로 활약하고 있어 충주에서도 완성도 높은 고품격 무대가 될 것으로 기대된다.
공연에는 국악의 대중화를 이끌어 온 국악인 남상일·박애리와 퓨전국악밴드 AUX 등이 출연해 전통과 현대적인 멋이 어우러지는 색다른 공연도 선보일 예정이다.
