120시간 핵심 역량 교육 및 현장 실습
이번 '공익행정사 양성과정'은 올해 처음으로 신설된 프로그램으로, 지난 10월부터 총 120시간 동안 운영되었다. 교육 내용은 공익행정사가 갖추어야 할 핵심 역량 위주로 구성되었으며, ▲행정 실무 ▲법률 소양 ▲소상공인시장진흥공단 특화 과정 ▲상담 실무 등 이론 교육이 진행됐다.
특히, 교육생들은 금천구청, 금천50플러스센터, 서울외국인주민센터, 인천지역 6개 구청 등 전국 지자체 및 유관기관에서 현장 실습을 병행하며 실무 능력을 강화했다. 실습 기간 동안 ▲행정 민원 상담 ▲소상공인 행정 지원 ▲외국인 민원 대응 등 실제 행정 현장의 다양한 업무를 경험했다.

대한행정사회는 이번 첫 과정을 기반으로 향후 공익행정사 양성 및 배치 체계를 더욱 고도화하고, 공익민원 구조 서비스의 전문성과 접근성을 높여 나갈 계획이다.
