세종시가 겨울철 기온 하락과 강설로 인한 건축공사장 안전사고를 예방하기 위해 관계기관과 함께 현장점검에 나섰다.
세종시는 17일부터 다음 달 3일까지 ‘겨울철 건축공사장 안전관리 특별점검’을 실시한다고 밝혔다. 이번 점검은 세종시를 비롯해 행정중심복합도시건설청, 국토안전관리원, 한국전기안전공사, 세종소방서, 세종시건축안전자문단 등으로 구성된 합동점검단이 참여해 추진된다.
점검 대상은 세종시 내 상주감리 건축공사장 19곳(향토유물박물관, 공장, 창고시설 등)과 소규모 건축공사장 8곳(종교시설, 근린생활시설 등)이다. 소규모 공사장은 공사비 50억 원 미만으로, 산업안전보건법 시행령에 따른 안전관리자가 상주하지 않는 현장이 해당된다.
합동점검단은 이번 점검에서 비계·거푸집·안전장치 등 작업시설 관리 상태 ,제설장비 및 비상연락 체계 ,콘크리트 양생과 동결 방지 대책 ,화기 사용 및 화재감시자 배치 여부 등을 중점적으로 확인할 예정이다.
점검 결과 안전관리 체계가 미흡한 현장은 즉시 보완 조치하며, 필요시 재점검을 시행해 안전 수준을 강화한다는 방침이다.
