브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 한화 건설부문이 지난 9월말 분양을 시작한 ‘한화포레나 울산무거’가 100% 계약에 임박한 것으로 전해졌다.
한화포레나 울산무거는 지난 10월 27일에서 29일까지 청약 당첨자 대상정당계약을, 11월 1일부터 2일까지 예비당첨자 대상 계약을 진행했다. 추후 분양일정은 오는 27일 일부세대에 대해 무순위 계약을 진행한다.
한화포레나 울산무거는 울산광역시 남구 무거동 1422-5번지 일원에 지하 3층~지상 25층 8개 동, 전용면적 84~166㎡ 총 816세대 아파트로 조성된다.
타입별로는 △84㎡A 275세대 △84㎡B 151세대 △84㎡C 165세대 △99㎡ 67세대 △109㎡ 156세대 △166㎡P 2세대로 구성됐다.
한화 건설부문은 “울산에 처음 선보이는 포레나 아파트인 만큼 상품성에 세심한 신경을 썼다”며 “출입구부터 단지 외관까지 포레나 만의 고급스러운 색채와 패턴을 적용한 디자인 ‘포레나 익스테리어’를 반영했고, 단지를 남향 위주 일자형으로 배열해 개방감과 녹지공간의 비율을 높였다. 일부 동 외벽은 유리 마감에 포레나의 시그니쳐 디자인을 적용한 ‘셰브론글라스(커튼월룩)’ 방식을 적용해 고급스러움을 더했다”고 설명했다.
