도심형 레지던스 브랜드 '먼슬리브(Monthliv)'와 1인 주거거래 플랫폼 독립생활을 운영하는 주식회사 고수플러스가 해외 한인 대상 주거 서비스 확대에 본격 나선다.
고수플러스는 최근 서울 중구 을지로 먼슬리브 루프탑 라운지에서 '유럽 각국 한인회 회장단 및 임원 초청 행사'를 성황리에 개최했다고 21일 밝혔다.
이번 행사에는 김영기 유럽한인총연합회 회장을 비롯해 독일, 스웨덴, 스페인, 스위스, 오스트리아, 루마니아, 프랑스, 네덜란드, 영국 등 9개국에서 총 20명의 한인회 임원진이 참석했다.

독립생활과 먼슬리브는 이날 행사를 통해 해외 한인들을 위한 종합 주거 지원 프로그램을 발표했다.
주요 내용은 해외 한인 단기·장기 체류자를 위한 먼슬리브 주거 프로그램 지원(일 단위 숙박 포함), 유럽 한인회 회원 대상 특별 혜택 제공, 해외 교포 전용 예약 시스템 구축 등이다.
이를 통해 해외 한인 장·단기 체류자를 위한 '먼슬리브 글로벌 프로그램'을 본격적으로 전개한다는 전략이다.
행사 당일 유럽 각국 회장단은 먼슬리브 을지로 호텔 스테이 투어에 참여해 시설을 직접 둘러봤다.
이어 먼슬리브의 운영 모델 및 브랜드 방향성 소개, 국가별 교민 니즈 공유 등을 통해 한국 장기 체류 시 필요한 거주 환경 전반을 확인했다.

김영기 유럽한인총연합회 회장은 축사를 통해 "독립생활과의 협력을 통해 유럽 한인들의 한국 방문이 더 쉬워질 것"이라며 "이번 만남은 양측 모두에게 의미 있는 출발점"이라고 평가했다.
독립생활은 이번 행사를 계기로 글로벌 확장 계획을 본격화한다.
해외 교포 대상 전용 예약 시스템 구축, 국가별 장기 체류 협력 프로그램 출시, 유럽 교민 1,000명 유치를 목표로 적극적인 행보에 나선다는 방침이다.
현재 독립생활은 전국 600여개 고시원을 단기·레지던스로 장기 제휴해 운영대행, 계약, 결제를 통합 지원하는 주거 플랫폼으로 자리 잡았다.
