고양특례시 일산서구 일산2동은 지난 18일 2025년 제4차 지역사회보장협의체 회의를 열고 겨울철 취약계층을 위한 사랑의 김장김치 나눔 사업을 추진하기로 결정했다.

이 사업은 직접 김장을 준비하기 어려운 독거노인과 장애인 등 취약가구에 김장김치를 지원해 따뜻한 지역사회를 만드는 것을 목표로 하며 2024년부터 동 특화사업으로 운영되고 있으며 회의 뒤 협의체 위원들은 일산시장 일대에서 복지사각지대 발굴 캠페인을 실시했다.
위원들은 상가와 골목을 돌며 상인과 주민들에게 홍보물품을 전달하고 위기가구 발견 시 행정복지센터로 제보해 줄 것을 당부했다.
박순자 지역사회보장협의체 민간위원장은 김장김치 나눔을 통해 추운 겨울 어려운 이웃들에게 온기가 전해지길 바란다며 소외된 이웃이 없도록 복지사각지대 발굴에도 힘쓰겠다고 말했다.
김관양 일산2동장은 복지사각지대 해소를 위해서는 민관 협력이 필수라며 이번 캠페인을 계기로 지역의 복지안전망을 더욱 촘촘하게 구축하겠다고 밝혔다.
