브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= DL이앤씨는 지난 17일 서울 여의도 글래드 호텔에서 2025년 ‘한숲 파트너스 데이’를 개최했다고 21일 밝혔다. 이날 행사에는 협력회사 대표이사를 비롯해 DL이앤씨 박상신 대표이사 및 임직원 등 130여명이 참석했다.
DL이앤씨는 매년 협력회사와의 지속가능한 동반성장 파트너십을 구축하기 위해 ‘한숲 파트너스’를 발표한다.
올해는 안전 및 품질 기여도 등을 종합적으로 평가해 총 90개 협력회사가 ‘한숲 파트너스’로 선정됐다. 선정된 회사에는 입찰제한 면제권, 계약이행 보증 요율 인하 및 수수료 지원, 복지 포인트 등의 혜택이 제공된다.
올해는 협력회사 소장 및 근로자를 위한 포상도 신설됐다. 한숲 파트너스로 선정된 회사 중 DL이앤씨 현장에서 근무한 우수 소장과 근로자 14명을 선발해 포상을 진행했다.
이 자리에서 DL이앤씨는 올해 경영 현황과 안전관리 강화 방안 등에 대해 협력회사와 소통하는 시간을 가졌다. 또한, DL이앤씨의 통합 업무 매뉴얼 자료를 협력회사에 소개하고 서로가 가진 기술과 노하우를 담아 품질과 안전, 공정을 개선할 수 있는 다양한 방안에 대해 논의했다.
DL이앤씨 박상신 대표이사는 “DL이앤씨의 성장은 협력사 여러분의 성장이 함께할 때 완성된다”며 “앞으로도 현장의 목소리에 귀 기울이고 함께 발전할 수 있는 협력 관계를 이어가기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
한편, DL이앤씨는 올해 동반성장위원회의 ‘2024년도 동반성장지수 평가’에서 6년 연속 최고 등급인 ‘최우수’ 등급을 받았다. DL이앤씨는 법적 기준을 초과해 안전관리자를 추가로 선임하는 협력사에 대해 2024년부터 인건비를 직접 보조하고 있다. 협력사의 자금 유동성 확보를 지원하기 위해 무이자 자금대여 및 상생펀드 운영 등 다양한 재무지원 프로그램도 진행 중이다.
