【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 남구(구청장 조재구)가 대구·경북권역심뇌혈관질환센터가 주관한 ‘2025년 심뇌혈관질환 조기증상 홍보·교육 우수사례 공모전’에서 우수기관으로 선정됐다.
이번 공모전은 각 기관이 권역센터에서 제작한 홍보·교육 자료를 활용해 심뇌혈관질환 예방관리 사업을 어떻게 추진했는지를 평가해 우수사례를 가리는 자리였다.
남구보건소는 지역사회 기관들과 손잡고 대학, 사업장, 경로당 등 다양한 현장에서 심근경색과 뇌졸중 조기증상 및 대처법을 알리는 맞춤형 캠페인과 교육을 펼쳤다. 또 SNS 홍보, 우체국 홍보 테이프 제작, 헬스장 내 ‘심뇌안심존’ 조성 등 여러 방식을 동원해 주민들이 일상에서 질환 예방과 신속 대응에 관심을 가질 수 있도록 했다.
남구보건소는 이번 수상을 계기로 심뇌혈관질환 조기증상에 대한 인지도와 건강 실천 문화를 더욱 확산시키기 위해 관련 사업을 확대할 방침이다.
조재구 남구청장은 “심뇌혈관질환은 무엇보다 조기증상 인지가 중요하다”며 “앞으로도 지역주민 모두가 건강한 삶을 이어갈 수 있도록 예방과 관리사업을 지속적으로 추진하겠다”고 말했다.

Furthermore, the center utilized various methods, including social media promotion, post office promotional tapes, and the creation of "brain safety zones" in gyms, to encourage residents to take an active interest in disease prevention and rapid response in their daily lives.
The Nam-gu Public Health Center plans to use this award as momentum to expand related projects to further raise awareness of the early symptoms of cardiovascular disease and to promote a healthy lifestyle.
Nam-gu District Mayor Cho Jae-gu said, “When it comes to cardiovascular disease, early recognition of symptoms is paramount,” and added, “We will continue to promote prevention and management projects so that all local residents can lead healthy lives.”
