세종시의회 산업건설위원회는 지난 26일 경제산업국 및 투자유치단 소관 ‘2026년도 예산안 및 기금운용 계획안’에 대한 예비 심사(산건위 제5차 회의)를 했다고 밝혔다.
이날 산건위에 따르면 경제산업 분야 2026년 예산안 중 세입예산은 전년도 예산액 대비 146억 6,908만 7천원 증액된 365억 4,437만 5천원 편성, 세출예산은 전년도 예산액 대비 67억 9,166만 6천원 증액된 883억 994만 3천원 편성, 제출됐다.
최원석 부위원장은 세종산업기술단지(TP) 본관동 위탁사업비 부족분을 임대료 등 TP 자체 수입금으로 충당하는 방식은 ‘세입-세출 모두 예산에 포함돼야 한다는 예산 총계주의 원칙’에 부합하지 않는다고 지적하며, 예산 편성 시 주의가 필요하다고 강조했다.
