K-빛 엔터테인먼트가 지난 11월 29일 천안시 동남구 신부동 '빛나라' 건물 2층에서 개관식을 개최하며 공식 출범했다.
이어 30일 천안박물관 특설무대에서 열린 '대한민국 가요 페스타'까지 이틀간 지역 문화예술계의 뜨거운 관심 속에 성공적인 첫걸음을 내디뎠다.
개관식에는 지역 문화예술 발전을 바라는 다수의 인사들이 참석해 자리를 빛냈다.

김영덕 서울호서아카데미 원장은 축사에서 "배움의 공간이 늘어날수록 지역 문화와 경제가 함께 성장한다"며 K-빛 엔터테인먼트 출범의 의미를 강조했다.
배우 이경영은 "그동안의 경험을 후학 양성에 아낌없이 전하겠다"며 문화예술계 선배로서 지지 의사를 밝혔다.
이날 행사에는 김진이 광주광역시지회장, 문옥남 부회장, 손정희 배우, 박경환 대한민국마약퇴치운동협회 충남협회장, 김기숙 천안시협회장, 플루티스트 김지원, 김안석 인천광역시협회장(전국 가요총괄본부장), 우성도 베트남특집부 대표를 비롯해 모델 최미영, 길선희, 유상오, 이수봉, 최인찬, 침학회 우주도인 최송찬, 촬영감독 박의일, 그리고 "조선왕조 TV" 박나리 K-궁중한복 디자인 명장 등이 참석했다.
권명숙 회장과 핸디김 회장의 후원으로 한층 풍성하게 꾸며진 행사에서는 박나리 명장과 우성도 대표가 후원한 신라 선덕여왕 갈라쇼가 큰 호응을 얻었다.
배우 이일국, 가수·모델 곽명옥, 총감독 최덕찬이 참여한 갈라쇼는 화려한 한복과 함께 전통미를 현대적으로 재해석한 무대로 관객들의 뜨거운 박수를 받았다.
이튿날 열린 '대한민국 가요 페스타'는 국악부터 가요, 무용까지 다양한 장르가 어우러진 종합 예술 무대로 꾸며졌다.
국악 명창 김두순의 오프닝을 시작으로 한자령, 진우, 황규정, 김희진, 곽명옥, 정영운, 한하늘, 서지현, 강동주, 이청용, 양형숙, 김형기, 김정희, 정동철, 노정화 등 다수의 가수들이 무대에 올라 열창을 펼쳤다.
특히 빛나라예술단 천정자 단장과 단원 15명이 선보인 '물동이춤'과 사랑문화예술단 14명의 군무는 전통미와 역동성을 동시에 보여주며 관객들의 눈길을 사로잡았다.

행사 중 진행된 사회봉사대상 시상식에서는 지용정사 법운스님(김안석), 유재석, 조희정, 박혜주가 수상의 영예를 안았다.
이들은 문화예술계와 지역사회 봉사활동에 기여한 공로를 인정받았다.
