(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 법무부 부천보호관찰소가 3일 경기남부지방경찰청, 부천원미경찰서, 법무부 위치추적중앙관제센터와 합동으로 ‘스토킹범죄 전자장치 부착 잠정조치 합동모의훈련(FTX)’을 실시했다고 밝혔다.
부천보호관찰소에 따르면, 잠정조치는 스토킹 범죄로부터 형사처벌 전 단계에서부터 피해자를 보호하기 위한 것으로 법원에서는 피해자 등에 대한 접근금지, 위치추적 전자장치 부착, 국가 경찰관서의 유치장 또는 구치소 유치 등의 조치를 취할 수 있다.
이번 훈련은 위치추적 전자장치(일명‘전자발찌’)를 부착 중인 잠정조치 대상자가 피해자에게 접근하는 상황과 전자장치를 훼손하는 상황 등을 가정하여 이뤄졌다.
