(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 지난 4일 인천 지역 초등학교 교원 300이 참여한 가운데 2025학년도 인천교육정책 ‘초등 교육·교과 연구지원단’ 성과 발표회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
인천시교육청에 따르면, 연구지원단은 읽걷쓰 기반 인천교육정책을 중심으로 초등 교육과 교과 분야에서 교원이 주도하는 연구 활동을 실천하며, 읽걷쓰 연계 학교 교육과정과 디지털 교육 등 수업 지원을 목표로 운영됐다.
올해는 22개 팀, 228명의 교원이 참여해 연구 활동을 수행했다.
지난 1년 동안 수업 공개, 실습·체험형 워크숍, 교원 연수 등 120여 회의 활동을 진행하며 교육과정·수업·평가 전문성 강화를 지원했다.
성과 발표회에서는 읽걷쓰 기반 교육과정 및 2022 개정 교육과정 설계 연구 결과, AI·디지털 교육 연계 수업·평가 사례, 2026년 정책 제안 및 연구지원단 운영 계획을 공유했다.
도성훈 교육감은 “연구지원단 선생님들의 노력이 학교 현장의 변화를 이끌고 있다”며 감사의 뜻을 전했다.
연구지원단은 2026년에도 수업 공개, 워크숍, 교원 연수, 자료 개발·보급 등을 이어갈 예정이며, 시교육청은 연구 공동체 확대를 통해 현장 맞춤형 연구 문화와 교원 전문성 강화를 지속 지원할 계획이다.
