【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=(재)포항테크노파크(원장 배영호) 경북디지털혁신본부가 지역 ICT 인재 육성과 취업 연계를 위한 SW 인재 양성 사업 성과를 공유했다. 포항TP는 지난 4일 대구 그랜드호텔에서 ‘2025년 경북 네트워크 캠퍼스 SW아카데미 7기 성과공유회’를 개최했다고 5일 밝혔다.

이번 교육 프로그램은 과학기술정보통신부와 정보통신기획평가원이 지원하는 ‘대학·기업 협력형 SW 아카데미 사업’의 일환으로 운영됐다. 이날 성과공유회는 총 5개월간 640시간의 교육을 이수한 7기 교육생 63명의 수료를 축하하고, 기업 현장 중심 프로젝트 결과물을 공개하는 자리로 마련됐다.
행사는 ▲교육생 프로젝트 전시 ▲우수 팀 발표 및 표창 ▲취업 연계 상담 및 이벤트 부스 운영 ▲전문가 취업 특강 등으로 구성됐다. 특히 우수 프로젝트 4개 팀의 발표가 진행됐으며, 총 11개 팀이 성과에 따라 표창을 받았다.
취업 특강에는 아카데미 3기 수료생인 와이닷시엔에스 황현재 주임과 SG상상공작소 박민재 대표가 연사로 참여해 현업 경험과 취·창업 노하우를 공유하며 후배 수료생들에게 실질적인 조언을 전달했다.
프로젝트 심사 결과 국립경북대학교 ‘와사비’ 팀과 국립금오공과대학교 ‘S:Drive’ 팀이 최우수상(정보통신기획평가원장상)을 수상했다. 이어 국립경북대학교 ‘데이터한스푼’ 팀과 경일대학교 ‘흑곰파’ 팀이 우수상(포항테크노파크 원장상)을 받았다.
행사장에는 지역 SW기업 채용 상담 부스도 운영됐다. 총 6개 기업이 참여해 채용 상담 및 현장 면접을 진행했고, 사전 이력서를 등록한 교육생들이 스탬프 투어 형식으로 기업 관계자와 심층 상담을 진행하며 높은 관심을 보였다.
배영호 포항TP 원장은 “교육생들이 지난 5개월 동안 기른 개발 역량과 열정을 확인할 수 있는 자리였다”며 “향후 웹 개발 교육을 넘어 AI까지 확대해 지역 SW·디지털 산업을 견인할 전문 인재 육성에 힘쓰겠다”고 말했다.

Pohang Technopark Holds 'Gyeongbuk SW Academy 7th Term Results Sharing Session'… 63 Participants Complete Training
The Gyeongbuk Digital Innovation Headquarters of Pohang Technopark (Director Bae Young-ho) shared the results of its SW talent development program, which aims to foster local ICT talent and connect them with employment opportunities. Pohang TP announced on the 5th that it held the '2025 Gyeongbuk Network Campus SW Academy 7th Term Results Sharing Session' at the Daegu Grand Hotel on the 4th.
This training program was operated as part of the 'University-Corporate Collaborative SW Academy Project' supported by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Planning and Evaluation Institute. The session celebrated the completion of the 63 7th Term trainees who completed a total of 640 hours of training over five months and showcased the results of their field-focused projects.
The event included an exhibition of trainee projects, presentations and awards for outstanding teams, job-related consultations and event booths, and lectures by experts on job opportunities. In particular, presentations were given by four outstanding project teams, and a total of 11 teams received awards based on their achievements.
In the special employment lecture, Hwang Hyeon-jae, a manager at Y.CNS, and Park Min-jae, CEO of SG Sangsang Factory, both alumni of the third academy program, shared their field experience and job search and entrepreneurship know-how, offering practical advice to younger alumni.
As a result of the project evaluation, the "Wasabi" team from Kyungpook National University and the "S:Drive" team from Kumoh National Institute of Technology won the grand prize (the President's Award from the Information and Communications Technology Planning and Evaluation Institute). The "Data Hanspoon" team from Kyungpook National University and the "Black Bear" team from Kyungil University received the excellence award (the President's Award from the Pohang Technopark).
The event also featured a booth for local software company recruitment consultations. A total of six companies participated, offering consultations and on-site interviews. Trainees who pre-registered their resumes participated in in-depth consultations with company representatives through a stamp tour format, demonstrating high interest.
Pohang TP Director Bae Young-ho said, “This was an opportunity to see the development capabilities and passion that the trainees have cultivated over the past five months,” and added, “We will expand our training beyond web development to include AI in the future, striving to cultivate specialized talent who will drive the local SW and digital industries.”
