대전문화재단, 대전꿈의오케스트라 창단 15주년 정기연주회 개최

대전문화재단(대표이사 백춘희)이 오는 12월 21일 오후 5시 대전연정국악원 큰마당에서 ‘대전꿈의오케스트라 제15회 정기연주회’ <꿈의 날개를 펴다>를 개최한다. 

이번 공연은 창단 15주년을 맞아 예술적 성취와 지역문화의 성장 과정을 되돌아보는 의미 있는 무대다.

공연에는 세계적인 플루티스트 최나경이 협연자로 참여해 풍성한 무대를 선보인다. 사라사테의 <지고이네르바이젠>을 비롯해 엘가의 <위풍당당 행진곡>, 차이콥스키의 <로미오와 줄리엣 환상 서곡> 등 감동적인 클래식 명곡들이 연주될 예정이다.

백춘희 재단 대표이사는 “공연 제목처럼 단원들이 예술을 통해 꿈의 날개를 펼치는 무대가 될 것”이라며 “시민 여러분께서 함께해 주시어 청소년들의 성장 여정을 응원해 주시길 바란다”고 전했다.

이번 정기연주회는 사전 예약 없이 전석 무료로 진행되며, 공연 당일 대전연정국악원 현장 안내 데스크에서 좌석을 배정받아 관람할 수 있다.

한편, 대전꿈의오케스트라는 2011년 창단 이후 지역 아동·청소년에게 오케스트라 교육과 공연 기회를 제공하며 예술적 잠재력과 사회성을 함께 키워온 문화예술교육 사업이다. 

대전문화재단은 지난 15년간 지속 가능한 자립형 오케스트라 모델을 구축하며 ‘꿈의 오케스트라’ 사업의 대표적 거점기관으로 자리매김하고 있다.

The Daejeon Cultural Foundation (CEO Baek Chun-hee) will hold the "Daejeon Dream Orchestra's 15th Regular Concert, "Spread the Wings of Dreams," on December 21st at 5:00 PM in the main courtyard of the Daejeon Yeonjeong Gugak Center.

This concert, marking the orchestra's 15th anniversary, is a meaningful opportunity to reflect on its artistic achievements and the growth of local culture.

World-renowned flutist Choi Na-kyung will join as soloist, presenting a rich performance. The concert will feature moving classical masterpieces such as Sarasate's "Zigeunerweisen," Elgar's "Pomp and Circumstance March," and Tchaikovsky's "Romeo and Juliet Fantasy Overture."

Baek Chun-hee, CEO of the Foundation, said, "As the title suggests, this will be a stage where the orchestra members can spread their wings of dreams through art. We hope that all citizens will join us and support the youth on their journey of growth."

Since its founding in 2011, the Daejeon Dream Orchestra is a cultural and arts education program that has provided orchestral training and performance opportunities to local children and youth, fostering their artistic potential and social skills.

Over the past 15 years, the Daejeon Cultural Foundation has established itself as a leading hub for the "Dream Orchestra" project, establishing a sustainable, self-sufficient orchestra model.
