서성동 KT빌딩에서 8일 개소식을 갖고 본격적인 운영에 들어간 '창업마루'는 여성 창업가에게 최적화된 저비용·고효율 지원시스템을 구축했다는 점에서 기존 창업 지원 공간과 차별화된다.
'창업마루'는 총 8개의 독립형 사무공간으로 구성되어, 예비 여성 창업자 및 창업 3년 이내 여성 창업자들에게 문턱을 대폭 낮췄다. 입주자는 월 6만 원의 관리비만 부담하면 쾌적한 독립형 사무 공간을 이용할 수 있으며, 계약 기간은 기본 1년에 심사를 거쳐 최대 3년까지 연장 가능하다.
특히 같은 건물에 위치한 ‘다이룸플러스’와 협업을 통해 창업컨설팅, 창업교육, 창업멘토링 등 다양한 창업 프로그램을 함께 제공함으로써, 단순한 공간 제공을 넘어 창업 준비부터 성장 단계까지 전 과정을 체계적으로 지원할 예정이다.
