세종시교육청이 학교 계약업무 담당자를 위한 ‘학교 계약 실무편람’ 개정판을 발간하고 오는 12일 각급 학교에 배포한다고 밝혔다.
8일 시 교육청에 따르면 이번 개정판은 학교 계약 실무편람 개정 전담팀(TF)이 계약일반, 공사, 용역, 물품 등 네 개 분야로 나누어 제작했다.
또 학교 현장에서 자주 접하는 계약 사례와 절차를 중심으로 내용을 체계화해 실무자가 즉시 활용할 수 있도록 구성했다.
특히, 지난 3월 새롭게 개통된 차세대 나라장터 시스템의 주요 변화 사항을 충실히 반영해 입찰 진행 절차부터 계약체결 방식까지 전 과정을 새로운 시스템 기준에 맞춰 상세하게 정리한 것이 특징이다.
세종학교지원본부는 이번 편람이 실무자들에게 필요한 정보를 현행화하고 종합적으로 정리한 실무 지침서로서 학교 현장의 계약업무를 보다 촘촘히 지원하는 핵심 자료가 될 것으로 기대하고 있다.
편람은 하반기 학교 계약업무 담당자 연수가 열리는 오는 12일에 총 400부를 배포할 예정이며, 개정 전담팀 참여 직원이 직접 편람의 주요 개정사항과 사용방법을 안내하여 현장에서의 편리한 적용을 도울 계획이다.
이미자 학교지원본부장은 “이번 개정판은 학교 현장에서 실제로 마주하는 계약업무의 흐름과 요구를 세밀하게 반영해 현실적이고 활용도 높은 자료를 제공하기 위한 것.”이라며,”편람이 실무 이해를 높이고 업무 부담을 완화하는 데 실질적인 도움이 되기를 기대하며, 앞으로도 학교 계약업무가 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다.“고 말했다.

The Sejong Metropolitan Office of Education announced the publication of a revised "School Contract Handbook" for school contract staff and its distribution to all schools on the 12th.
