[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 매서운 겨울 한파가 시작되면서 복지 사각지대에 놓인 이웃들의 고립이 우려되는 가운데, 창원특례시 마산회원구 석전동이 ‘생활 밀착형’ 발굴 캠페인으로 선제적 대응에 나섰다. 특히, 타 지역에서 놓치기 쉬운 모텔·여관 밀집 지역까지 직접 찾아가 현장 상담을 진행하는 '골목길 행정'을 펼쳐 눈길을 끌고 있다.
