창원특례시는 창원시체육회와 공동으로 11일 창원컨벤션센터에서 체육인사들이 대거 참석한 가운데 ‘2025 창원특례시 체육인의 밤’ 행사를 성황리에 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 어려운 여건 속에서도 묵묵히 지역 체육 발전을 이끌어 온 선수, 지도자, 체육인들의 헌신적인 노력과 노고를 공식적으로 격려하기 위해 마련됐다.
창원시는 지난 5월 진주에서 열린 제64회 경남도민체육대회에서 종합우승을 차지했고, 10월 부산에서 개최된 제106회 전국체육대회에서도 우수한 성적을 거두는 등 창원 체육의 경쟁력을 대내외에 입증했다.
