브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 삼양그룹의 지주사 삼양홀딩스가 ‘2025 대한민국 인적자원개발 대상’에서 종합대상을 수상했다고 12일 밝혔다. 이 상은 한국HRD협회가 국내 인적자원개발 분야 발전에 기여한 기업과 교육기관에 수여한다.
삼양홀딩스는 지난해 그룹 창립 100주년을 맞아 선포한 퍼포즈(Purpose) 체계를 전사적으로 확산하기 위해 ‘체인지 에이전트’ 프로그램을 운영한 점에서 높은 평가를 받았다. 이 프로그램은 조직별로 선발된 담당자가 새 비전과 인재상 등을 구성원에게 전달하는 역할을 맡는다.
회사 측은 퍼포즈 내재화에 맞춰 디지털·글로벌 역량 중심의 인재 육성 체계를 구축했으며, 연간 50시간 이상 의무교육 이수제를 운영하고 있다. 교육 분야는 조직문화, 전문기술, 글로벌, 디지털 등으로 구성되며, 연간 400개 이상의 교육과정을 통해 임직원 성장을 지원하고 있다.
이수범 삼양홀딩스 HRC장은 “새로운 퍼포즈 체계가 조직 전반에 자리 잡도록 프로그램과 교육 체계를 정비해 왔다”며 “앞으로도 HRD 역량을 강화해 미래 핵심 인재 육성에 속도를 낼 것”이라고 말했다.
