충남 당진시가 시민들의 차량 관련 과태료 혼선을 줄이기 위해 관련 정보를 한눈에 볼 수 있는 ‘차량 과태료 통합 안내문’을 제작했다.
당진시에 따르면 15일, 불법 주정차·자동차 검사 지연·의무보험 미가입·장애인전용주차구역 위반·전기차 충전구역 불법 주차 등 5종의 주요 차량 과태료 정보를 정리한 안내문을 완성해 관내 아파트 단지와 행정복지센터에 비치했다고 밝혔다.
이번 안내문은 차량 과태료 관련 업무가 여러 부서로 나뉘어 있어 시민들이 정확한 부과 기준과 문의처를 찾는 데 불편을 겪었던 문제를 해결하기 위해 제작됐다.
담당 부서별 연락처와 과태료 부과 기준이 한눈에 정리돼 있으며, 과태료 체납 시 번호판 영치나 재산 압류 등 행정 제재에 대한 주의 사항도 함께 안내하고 있다.
당진시는 이번 조치로 시민들의 정보 접근성을 높이고, 과태료 관련 민원 발생을 줄이는 효과를 기대하고 있다.
