[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산시는 15일 오후 강서구 부산과학산단 내 부산테크노파크 회의실에서 부산과학·강서보고·풍상·지사2산단 입주기업 대표 등 29명이 참석한 가운데 ‘제3차 기업 혁신성장 릴레이 간담회’를 열었다.
박형준 시장과 시 주요 관계자들이 참여한 이번 간담회에서는 지역 기업의 애로사항과 혁신 성장 전략을 폭넓게 논의했다.
이번 3차 간담회에서는 디지털 공동물류 플랫폼 구축, 미래차 기술산업화 지원센터 조성, 출퇴근 시간대 교통 접근성 개선 등 서부산 강서권 산업단지의 경쟁력 강화와 근로환경 개선, 미래 산업 기반 구축 방안을 중점적으로 논의했다.
시는 지난 10월 장안산단, 11월 명례·정관산단과의 간담회에 이어 권역별 산단 현장의 목소리를 반영한 ‘맞춤형 정책 지원체계’를 한층 강화하고 있다. 특히 동부산권을 넘어 서부산권까지 소통 범위를 확대하며, 산단별 특성에 맞춘 차별화된 성장 전략 마련에 속도를 내고 있다.
시는 앞선 간담회에서 나온 건의사항을 ‘즉시 검토–즉시 실행’ 원칙에 따라 신속히 처리하고 있다. 1차 간담회에서 제기된 중소 제조기업의 정보보안 취약 문제에 대해서는 ‘지역기업 사이버보안 지원계획’을 수립하고, 국가정보원·한국인터넷진흥원(KISA)·부산경찰청·부산상공회의소 등 9개 기관이 참여한 공동대응 협의체를 발족해 운영 중이다.
또한 2차 간담회에서 제안된 체육시설 확충 요구는 행정절차를 신속히 추진해 가변식 체육시설을 포함한 ‘정관산단 청년문화센터’를 2026년 착공할 예정이다.
시는 고환율·고금리·공급망 재편 등 복합적인 대외 여건 속에서도 지역 기업의 부담을 줄이기 위해 ‘고환율 피해 중소기업 자금’을 신설하는 등 총 2조 330억 원 규모의 역대 최대 정책자금을 투입했다.

아울러 해외 물류비 지원 확대와 글로벌 신시장 개척 지원을 통해 불확실한 통상 환경 속 지역 기업의 안전망을 강화하고 있다.
박형준 시장은 “서부산 강서권 산업단지는 부산 제조업의 심장과도 같은 핵심 거점”이라며 “전통 제조 역량에 디지털과 친환경 기술을 결합해 서부산을 초혁신성장의 한 축으로 만들겠다”고 밝혔다. 이어 “기업과 가장 가까운 현장에서 문제를 함께 해결하는 현장형 행정으로 기업의 든든한 동반자가 되겠다”고 말했다.

Busan Metropolitan City held the third "Corporate Innovation Growth Relay Roundtable" on Monday afternoon at the Busan Technopark conference room in the Busan Science Industrial Complex in Gangseo District.
The meeting brought together Mayor Park Heong-joon, key city officials, and 29 representatives from major industrial complexes in the western region, including the Busan Science, Gangseobogo, Pungsang, and Jisa 2 complexes, to discuss local companies’ difficulties and innovation strategies.
Following previous sessions with companies from Jang-an Industrial Complex in October and Myeongnae and Jeonggwan complexes in November, this third meeting is part of Busan’s effort to strengthen a customized policy support system tailored to the needs of each industrial cluster.
The city is expanding its communication channels from the eastern to the western region to craft differentiated growth strategies based on each complex’s characteristics.
At this session, participants focused on key measures to enhance competitiveness in the Gangseo industrial zone, including the establishment of a digital joint logistics platform, creation of a support center for future vehicle technology industrialization, and improvement of transportation accessibility during commuting hours to foster a better work environment and build a foundation for future-oriented industries.
Busan has been actively addressing issues raised at earlier meetings under its “review immediately, act immediately” principle. Following the first meeting, which highlighted cybersecurity vulnerabilities among small manufacturers, the city launched the “Regional Corporate Cybersecurity Support Plan” and set up a joint response council involving nine agencies, including the National Intelligence Service, the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA), the Busan Metropolitan Police Agency, and the Busan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
In response to the second meeting’s suggestion for more recreational facilities, administrative procedures were fast-tracked to begin construction of the “Jeonggwan Industrial Complex Youth Culture Center,” featuring multi-purpose sports facilities, in 2026.
In addition, to ease the burden on regional companies amid high exchange rates, rising interest rates, and global supply chain shifts, the city has allocated a record 2.033 trillion won in policy funds, including a newly established financing program for small and medium-sized firms affected by currency fluctuations.
It is also expanding support for overseas logistics costs and global market development to strengthen the safety net for local businesses.
Mayor Park said the Gangseo industrial complexes are “the heart of Busan’s manufacturing base,” pledging comprehensive support to combine traditional manufacturing strengths with digital and eco-friendly technologies. “Busan will continue to be a reliable partner for companies through field-oriented governance that solves problems hand in hand with businesses,” he said.
