군에 따르면 이달부터 위기가구를 대상으로 식료품과 생필품을 지원하는 ‘그냥드림’ 시범사업을 시행 중이다.
‘그냥드림’ 사업은 보건복지부 지원을 받아, 생계가 어려운 가구에 1인당 3~5종의 먹거리와 생활필수품을 제공한다. 단순한 물품 지원을 넘어, 각 가구의 위기 상황을 세밀하게 파악해 지속적인 복지 연계로 이어가는 것이 핵심이다.
사업은 대실역북로2길에 위치한 ‘행복한달성 푸드마켓’에서 진행된다. 평일 오후 3시부터 5시 사이 방문하는 대상자에게 1인당 약 2만 원 상당의 식료품이 지원되며, 쌀·라면·즉석식품 등 기본적인 먹거리가 제공된다.
특히 선지원, 후연계 방식을 도입한 점이 주목받고 있다. 최초 방문 시에는 최소한의 개인정보만으로도 지원을 받을 수 있어 문턱을 낮췄다. 이후 반복 방문이나 위기 징후가 발견되면 긴급복지지원, 기초생활보장제도, 민간 복지자원 등과 연계해 추가 지원이 제공된다.
군은 내년 5월부터 이 사업을 본사업으로 확대할 계획이다. 이를 위해 생계, 의료, 채무 문제까지 포괄하는 맞춤형 지원 시스템을 구축하고, 유관기관과의 실무회의 등을 통해 복지 사각지대 해소 방안도 마련할 방침이다.
최재훈 달성군수는 “위기가구가 최소한의 먹거리 접근권을 보장받을 수 있도록 다양한 지원책을 마련 중”이라며 “취약계층이 체감할 수 있는 실질적인 지원을 강화해 기본이 튼튼한 달성형 안전망을 만들어가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Choi Jae-hoon, Mayor of Dalseong County, stated, "We are developing various support measures to ensure that at-risk households have access to a minimum level of food. We will strengthen practical support that vulnerable groups can feel, thereby creating a Dalseong-gun safety net with a solid foundation."
