브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 대기업 총수일가 10명 중 7명은 국내에서 집값이 가장 비싼 서울 용산·강남·서초 등 3개 구에 집중해 거주중인 것으로 나타났다. 대기업 총수일가 거주지가 ‘서울 편중’을 넘어 이제는 부동산 가격이 초고가인 특정 부촌 지구로 ‘초집중’ 하는 특징을 보였다.
특히, 서울에서도 용산구 이태원·한남동에만 대기업 총수 일가 중 22.9%인 100명이 집중적으로 거주하는 것으로 파악됐다. 반면, 수도권 이외에 거주하는 총수일가는 단 10명에 불과해 극한 대조를 보였다.
17일 CEO스코어에 따르면 거주지(주소) 조사가 가능한 2025년 지정 대기업집단 62곳의 총수일가 436명의 주소를 분석한 결과, 전체 조사대상의 93.8%인 409명이 서울에 거주하고 있다.
경기도가 17명(3.9%)으로 뒤를 이었고, 해외 4명(0.9%), 부산 2명(0.5%), 인천·전북·대전·충북 각 1명(0.2%) 등이었다.
대기업 총수 일가가 가장 많이 거주하는 서울 내에서도 용산·강남·서초 3개구에만 69.9%(305명)가 집중돼, 특정 부촌지역을 집중으로 쏠림 현상이 두드러졌다. 이들 지역은 전국적으로 집값이 가장 비싼 ‘3인방’ 으로 꼽힌다.
이들 3개구 중에서도 총수일가가 가장 많이 거주하는 곳은 조사대상의 29.1%인 127명이 몰려 있는 용산구로 나타났고, 강남구(113명, 25.9%), 서초구(65명, 14.9%) 순이었다.
특히, 동(洞) 분류가 가능한 인원을 대상으로 주소를 더 세분화한 결과, 가장 많이 거주하는 지역은 용산구의 이태원동·한남동으로 나타났다.
이들 지역에서는 삼성, SK, 현대차, LG, 롯데, HD현대, GS, 신세계, LS, 두산, 한국앤컴퍼니, 영풍, 코오롱, KCC, DB, OCI, LX, 세아, 금호석유화학, 아모레퍼시픽, 삼양, LIG, 중앙, 유진, BGF, 대신, 농심, 파라다이스, 아이에스지주, 한솔, 삼표, 원익 등 32개 그룹의 총수일가 100명이 주소를 두고 있었다.
이태원동·한남동에 주소를 둔 총수일가로는 삼성이 대표적이다. 이재용 삼성전자 회장을 포함해 그의 어머니인 홍라희 삼성미술관 리움 명예관장과, 여동생인 이부진 호텔신라 사장, 이서현 삼성물산 사장 등 삼성그룹내 총수 일가가 모두 이태원로에 거주 중인 것으로 조사됐다.
또한, 정의선 현대차 회장, 구광모 LG 회장, 정몽준 HD현대 아산재단 이사장, 이명희 신세계 총괄회장, 김준기 DB 창업회장, 이순형 세아 회장, 박찬구 금호석유화학 회장, 서경배 아모레퍼시픽 회장, 구본상 LIG 회장, 홍석현 중앙홀딩스 회장, 유경선 유진 회장, 신동원 농심 회장, 이용한 원익 회장 등도 이태원동과 한남동에 소재지를 두고 있었다.
