파주시여자단기청소년쉼터가 지난 17일 청소년 자립지원카페 '파동'에서 2025년 성과보고대회를 개최하고, 한 해 동안의 청소년 지원 성과를 공유하는 자리를 마련했다고 파주시가 밝혔다.
'아주 작은 파동일지라도…'를 주제로 열린 이날 행사에는 청소년쉼터 운영위원과 유관기관 관계자, 후원단체 등 40여 명이 참석해 청소년쉼터의 노력과 성과를 함께 나눴다.
성과보고대회에서는 입소 청소년 보호 및 자존감 회복 사업, 자립지원사업, 가정 밖 청소년 인식개선 사업 등 쉼터가 한 해 동안 추진한 주요 사업들이 소개됐다.

특히 입소 청소년의 우수사례 발표와 발레 공연이 참석자들에게 깊은 감동을 선사했다.
한 입소 청소년은 "쉼터에서 지내면서 선생님들의 따뜻한 보살핌과 어려운 상황에 대한 공감과 지지를 통해 자존감을 회복했다"며 "미래를 향해 나아갈 수 있는 힘을 얻었다"고 소감을 밝혔다.
김지숙 파주시 청년청소년과장은 "이번 성과보고대회는 청소년쉼터의 한 해 성과를 공유하며 청소년 지원을 위해 함께 협력하고 공감하는 뜻깊은 자리였다"고 평가했다.
이어 "파주시는 앞으로도 어려움에 처한 청소년들이 언제든지 도움을 받을 수 있도록 보호와 지원에 최선을 다하겠다"고 강조했다.
파주시여자단기청소년쉼터는 가정 밖 여자 청소년들이 가정과 학교, 사회로 복귀해 생활할 수 있도록 일정 기간 보호하면서 상담, 주거, 학업, 자립 등을 지원하는 청소년복지시설이다.
