고양도시관리공사가 운영하는 고양어울림누리 빙상장에서 국내 쇼트트랙 유망주들의 치열한 경쟁이 펼쳐진다.

이번 대회는 국내 쇼트트랙 메이저 대회로, 초등부부터 성인부까지 약 400명의 선수들이 출전해 실력을 겨룬다.
선수들은 500m, 1000m, 1500m, 3000m(초등부 2000m) 등 다양한 거리에서 기량을 선보일 예정이다.
특히 이번 대회는 일반 관람객에게도 무료로 개방되어 지역주민과 쇼트트랙 팬들이 현장에서 열띤 경기를 관람할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다.
