브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= HDC현대산업개발이 부산 온천5구역 재개발 정비사업을 수주하며 올해 도시정비사업 누적 수주액 4조 원을 돌파했다.
HDC현대산업개발은 지난 20일 열린 부산 온천5구역 재개발 사업 시공자 선정 총회에서 참석 조합원 342명 가운데 323표를 얻어 94.4%의 압도적인 찬성률로 시공사에 선정됐다고 밝혔다.
부산 온천5구역 재개발 사업은 부산 동래구 온천동 1462-30 일원에 지하 3층~지상 최고 39층, 6개 동, 총 902세대를 조성하는 대규모 정비사업으로, 총사업비는 3,777억 원에 달한다.
해당 사업지는 반경 1km 내에 미남역·사직역(부산 지하철 3·4호선), 동래역(부산 지하철 1·4호선)이 위치해 주요 도심 접근성이 뛰어나다. 미남초, 금강초, 내성중, 여명중, 이사벨고 등 우수한 학군을 갖췄으며, 홈플러스 아시아드점, 부산사직종합운동장, 부산의료원, 사직역 학원가 등 교육·의료·문화·생활 인프라도 인접해 있다.
HDC현대산업개발은 이번 사업에 금정산과 온천천을 모티브로 한 외관 특화 설계와 도서관·독서실 등 교육 중심 커뮤니티 공간을 제안해 조합원들로부터 높은 평가를 받았다.
HDC현대산업개발 관계자는 ‘50만여 가구를 공급하며 축적한 아이파크의 기술력을 바탕으로 지역을 대표하는 랜드마크 단지를 조성해 성원에 보답하겠다’며 ‘앞으로도 수도권은 물론 전국 주요 도시의 선별된 입지에서 수주를 이어가며 도시정비 부문 경쟁력을 확대해 나갈 것’이라고 말했다.
