브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= KB국민은행은 청년 IT 인재 양성 프로그램인 ‘KB IT’s Your Life’ 7기 참가자를 다음 달 19일까지 모집한다고 밝혔다.
‘KB IT’s Your Life’는 KB국민은행의 대표 사회공헌 사업인 ‘KB Dream Wave 2030’ 진로 분야의 일환으로, 청년층의 IT 역량 강화와 취업 경쟁력 제고를 목표로 2022년부터 운영돼 왔다. 체계적인 소프트웨어 교육을 통해 미래 IT 인재를 발굴하고 양성하는 데 중점을 두고 있다.
이번 7기는 최근 산업 전반에서 인공지능(AI) 기술 활용이 빠르게 확산되는 흐름을 반영해 AI 기반 맞춤형 커리큘럼으로 개편된다. KB국민은행은 이를 통해 디지털 전환 시대에 필요한 AI 활용 역량을 갖춘 실무형 IT 인재 육성에 더욱 집중할 계획이다.
지원 대상은 대학 졸업자 및 졸업 예정자다. 선발된 교육생들은 6개월 동안 Java·Spring·Vue.js 기반 애플리케이션 개발, SQL 및 데이터베이스 설계, AI 코드 어시스턴트와 Open AI API를 활용한 코드 작성과 실습 등 전문적인 IT 교육을 받게 된다. 지방 거주 등으로 대면 교육 참여가 어려운 교육생을 위해 비대면 교육 과정도 함께 제공된다.
KB국민은행은 교육생들이 학습에 전념할 수 있도록 매월 자기주도학습비를 지원하며, 1대1 취업 컨설팅과 취업 특강, KB국민은행 현직자 멘토의 취업 멘토링, 코딩 테스트 대비반 운영, 스프링 AI 활용 실습 교육, 해커톤 경진대회 등 취업 역량과 실무 능력 강화를 위한 다양한 프로그램을 운영한다. 특히 우수 교육생으로 선정된 참가자에게는 KB국민은행 신입행원 채용 시 우대 혜택이 주어진다.

KB Kookmin Bank announced that it is accepting applications for the 7th cohort of its "KB IT's Your Life," a youth IT talent development program, until the 19th of next month.

Remote training is also available for trainees who live in rural areas and are unable to attend in-person training.
KB Kookmin Bank provides monthly self-directed learning allowances to help trainees focus on their studies. The bank also offers various programs designed to enhance their employability and practical skills, including one-on-one career consulting, special lectures on employment, mentoring from current KB Kookmin Bank employees, coding test preparation classes, hands-on training using Spring AI, and hackathon competitions.
