국가보훈부 경기북부제대군인지원센터가 19일 센터 교육장에서 시설관리 분야 취업 희망 제대(예정)군인을 대상으로 '2025년 제대군인 멘토·멘티 만남의 날' 행사를 개최했다.
이날 행사에는 시설관리 분야로의 전직을 준비하는 제대(예정)군인 20여 명이 참석해 현업 종사자와의 실질적인 교류 시간을 가졌다.

멘토로 나선 황귀용 소장((주)세화자산관리 양주발전소)은 제대군인 출신 시설관리 전문가로, 시설관리 분야 진출을 위한 준비 과정과 자격 취득 전략, 현장 실무 경험을 중심으로 강의를 진행했다.
실제 근무 사례를 바탕으로 한 설명과 질의응답은 참석자들의 높은 호응을 얻었다.
오후에는 멘토와 참석자 간 자유로운 질의응답 시간과 함께 개인별 맞춤 상담이 이어졌다.
