부천시에 따르면, 2년마다 실시되는 이번 평가에서 시는 2023년 2위에 이어 2025년 1위를 차지하며, 선진 교통행정을 이끄는 지자체로 위상을 높였다.
국토교통부는 인구 규모에 따라 160개 지자체를 4개 그룹(A~D)으로 나눠 대중교통 시설, 서비스, 행정 및 정책지원 등 23개 정량지표와 17개 정성지표를 종합 평가했다.

부천시에 따르면, ‘전국민 마음투자 지원사업’은 심리적 어려움을 겪는 시민에게 전문 심리상담 바우처를 제공하는 사업으로, 올해 부천시에서는 총 956명이 참여해 약 6,000건의 상담 서비스가 제공됐다.
