브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 오리온그룹이 2026년 정기 임원인사를 단행했다. 대내외 경영 환경이 어려운 가운데서도 주요 사업 분야에서 성과를 낸 인재를 발탁하고, 미래 성장을 대비한 조직 개편에 초점을 맞췄다.
이번 인사에서 해외 법인 가운데 가장 두드러진 성과를 낸 러시아 법인의 박종율 대표이사는 부사장으로 승진했다. 1994년 오리온에 입사한 박 부사장은 익산공장장과 러시아 법인 생산부문장을 거쳐 2020년부터 러시아 법인 대표이사를 맡아왔다. 트베리 신공장 건설 프로젝트를 성공적으로 완수했으며, 파이·젤리·비스킷 등 제품군 다변화를 통해 러시아 법인의 고성장을 이끌었다는 평가다.
베트남 법인에서는 여성일 지원본부장이 전무로 승진하며 대표이사로 신규 선임됐다. 2018년 오리온에 합류한 여 전무는 베트남 지원본부장을 5년간 역임하며 현지화 체제 강화와 사업 성장에 기여해 왔다.
이와 함께 오리온그룹은 장기적인 성장 기반을 마련하기 위해 글로벌 헤드쿼터 역할을 하는 한국 법인에 전략경영본부를 신설했다. 담서원 전무는 부사장으로 승진해 전략경영본부장을 맡는다.
전략경영본부는 신규사업팀, 해외사업팀, 경영지원팀, CSR팀을 산하에 두고 그룹의 중장기 경영전략 수립과 경영 진단, 기업문화 개선을 담당하며 미래 사업을 총괄하게 된다.
담서원 부사장은 2021년 7월 오리온에 입사해 사업 전략과 글로벌 사업 지원, 시스템 개선 등 경영 전반에서 실무를 수행하며 그룹 성장에 기여해왔다. 신사업으로 추진 중인 바이오 분야에서도 계열사 리가켐바이오의 사내이사로 참여하며 역할을 확대하고 있다.
