토탈 라이프케어 업계 1위 웅진프리드라이프(대표이사 문호상)는 메디포스트(대표이사 오원일)와 전략적 업무협약(MOU)을 체결하고, 상조를 넘어 예방·건강·노후까지 아우르는 생애 전 주기 헬스케어 기반의 토탈 라이프케어 서비스 고도화를 추진한다고 23일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 각 분야에서 확고한 1위 입지를 구축해온 두 기업이 협력해 라이프케어 영역을 재생의료까지 확장한다는 점에서 업계의 주목을 받고 있다. 항노화·저속노화·에이징 케어에 대한 사회적 관심이 높아지는 가운데, 양사는 재생의료를 핵심 축으로 한 차별화된 라이프케어 모델을 통해 시장을 선도한다는 전략이다.
