이날 주민설명회는 호명빌리지 재건축조합장 노현정(현 통장)의 재건축 시행배경에 대한 자세한 설명과 시행사의 구역지정 계획에 대한 설명, 주민들과의 질의응답으로 이어졌다.
시행사와 조합은 "현재는 주민이 민간 도시계획제안자로서 구역지정을 위한 동의서를 징구하는 것으로, 구역이 지정된 이후에야 구체적인 사업규모, 수지분석 등이 나온다"라며 "절차에 따라 주민들에게 사업설명회를 다시 할 계획이다"라고 설명했다.
