고양특례시 덕양구를 이끌어갈 주시운 제20대 덕양구청장이 5일 공식 취임했다.
주 구청장은 별도의 취임식을 생략하고 간부 공무원들과 주요 현안 및 구정 운영 방향을 논의하는 것으로 첫 공식 일정을 시작했다.
