먼저 교성지구 도시개발사업의 약 2,450세대 규모의 풍림아이원 트리니움 아파트가 지난 7월 25일 준공했다.
교성리 산15‑79번지 일원, 약 355,227㎡(11만평) 부지에서 진행된 프로젝트로 지속적인 신규 일자리 증가로 늘어나는 전입 근로자들이 품을 공동주택이 필요했던 군에는 절대적인 사업이었다.
