[Break News Yangju=Kim Wan-young] Yangju City, Gyeonggi Province, has once again ranked first in the local government evaluation group (City-2) in the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's "2024 Fiscal Year Local Government Fund Management Performance Analysis."
This evaluation, conducted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, quantitatively evaluated 243 local governments nationwide across two categories, including fund management efficiency and soundness, and 11 indicators. This award marks the city's fifth consecutive first-place ranking.

Yangju City plans to invest the secured incentives in projects directly related to the people's livelihood, such as expanding public amenities and revitalizing the local economy.
A Yangju City official said, "It is meaningful that the efforts of all departments to collaborate and focus on efficient financial management have resulted in such good results. We will closely review the results of this analysis and continue to improve our institutional framework to enhance the soundness of fund management and provide transparent administrative services."
