[브레이크뉴스 양주=김완영 기자] 경기도 양주시가 행정안전부 주관 ‘2024 회계연도 지방자치단체 기금운용 성과분석’에서 자치단체 평가그룹(시-2) 내 또다시 1위에 선정됐다.
이번 평가는 행정안전부가 전국 243개 지방자치단체를 대상으로 기금운용의 효율성과 건전성 등 2개 분야, 11개 지표에 대해 정량평가를 실시한 결과로 이번 수상으로 5년 연속 1위라는 성과를 거뒀다.
시는 그동안 기금의 목적 외 사용을 방지하고 타 회계 의존도를 낮추는 등 기금운용 시스템 개선에 주력해 이번 평가에서 재정 인센티브로 특별교부세 1,500만 원을 확보했다.
