세종시선관위, 예비후보자 등록 설명회 개최

6월 3일 실시하는 제9회 전국동시지방선거를 앞두고 세종시선거관리위원회(이하 ‘세종시선관위’)는 입후보예정자 등을 위한'예비후보자 등록 설명회'를 오는 15일 오후 2시에 세종시청 여민실에서 개최한다.

시 선관위에 따르면  이번 설명회에서는 ▲예비후보자 등록신청방법 ▲예비후보자의 선거운동방법 및 제한·금지행위 ▲후원회 설립 절차 등 지방선거를 준비하는 데 필요한 내용과 유의사항 등을 중점적으로 안내하고, 질의응답 시간도 갖는다.

시 선관위는 이날 설명회가 예비후보자 등록서류 작성 방법 등을 알기쉽게 안내하고 선거운동방법 등 유용한 정보를 제공하는 자리인 만큼 입후보 예정자 및 선거사무 관계자 등의 많은 참석을 당부했다.

한편, 이번 지방 선거 시장 및 교육감선거 예비후보자등록은 2월 3일(선거일 전 120일)부터, 지역구시의회의원선거 예비후보자등록은 2월 20일(선거기간개시일 전 90일)부터 각각 할 수 있으며, 후보자등록은 5월 14일과 15일 2일간(매일 오전 9시부터 오후 6시까지) 가능하다.
