인천시교육청에 따르면, 이번 프로그램은 예비 고3 학생들이 겨울방학 동안 대입 면접의 기본기를 체계적으로 익혀 진로·학업 설계를 돕고자 마련했으며, 실제 면접 상황에 대한 불안감과 부담을 완화하고 논리적 사고력, 자기 표현력, 태도 등 핵심 역량을 기초부터 다지는 기회가 될 것으로 기대된다.
프로그램은 대입면접 유형 및 평가 요소, 답변 구성 전략, 면접 시 유의사항 등을 중심으로 운영되며 실제 면접 상황을 모의로 체험해 보는 실습도 병행한다.
대면 교육 이후에는 학생의 개별 연습 과정을 통해 자신의 강점과 약점을 점검하고 면접 역량을 지속적으로 발전시킬 수 있도록 지원할 예정이다.
인천시교육청 관계자는 “이번 프로그램은 학생들이 미리 면접 경험을 쌓고 자신감을 높이는 좋은 계기가 될 것”이라며 “앞으로도 학생 맞춤형 진로·진학 지원 프로그램을 확대해 학생 스스로가 진로를 주도적으로 설계할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
