[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 창녕군은 대합면 일원에 조성되는 창녕 영남일반산업단지 조성사업의 사업시행자인 영남일반산업산업단지가 사업용지 보상 절차에 본격 착수했다고 13일 밝혔다.
지난 12일 토지 및 지장물 기본조사를 시작으로 편입 용지 총 2,230필지, 약 141만㎡에 대한 대규모 토지 보상이 단계적으로 진행될 예정이다.
군은 보상 조서 산정을 위한 기본조사에 앞서 주민들의 이해와 협조를 높이기 위해 대합면 일원에 주민 홍보 현수막을 설치할 계획이다.
또한 개별 안내 등 행정적 지원을 병행해 보상 절차에 대한 혼선을 최소화할 방침이다.

이에 따라 3월까지 토지 및 지장물 기본조사를 완료하고 4월 조사서 작성, 5월 보상계획 공고 및 감정평가 실시, 8월경 보상 협의 통지 등으로 진행될 예정이다.
성낙인 군수는 "군이 책임감을 가지고 사업시행자 및 관계기관과 지속적으로 협의해 온 결과, 추진 과정에 여러 과제가 있었던 영남일반산업단지 조성사업이 보상 절차라는 첫 단계를 시작하게 됐다"며 "민간이 추진하는 사업이지만 주민 재산권 보호와 보상의 공정성을 최우선으로 삼아, 행정에서도 절차가 투명하게 진행되도록 적극 지원하고 주민 소통에도 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.
