가평군은 지난 12일 사업 담당자와 한국농어촌공사 관계자, 지역 주민 등 50여 명이 참석한 가운데 주민위원회 및 조종면민 대상 제2차 워크숍을 개최했다고 밝혔다. 이번 워크숍은 사업의 주체인 주민들의 의견을 직접 듣고, 실질적으로 필요한 서비스 수요를 도출하기 위해 마련됐다.
이날 참석자들은 조종면 거점지와 주변 배후마을을 유기적으로 연결하는 방안을 집중 논의했다. 특히 하드웨어적인 시설 구축을 넘어, 주민들이 실제로 체감할 수 있는 소프트웨어(S/W) 서비스 제공 방안과 향후 운영 방향에 대해 심도 있는 토론을 펼쳤다.
이번 2단계 사업은 2024년 농림축산식품부 공모를 통해 ‘농촌협약 대상사업’으로 선정되는 쾌거를 이룬 바 있다. 군은 이미 조성된 ‘조종이음터(청춘센터)’를 핵심 거점으로 삼아, 주민위원회와 각 마을 간의 긴밀한 협력 기반을 구축해 사업의 지속 가능성을 높인다는 전략이다.
