특례보증은 담보력이 부족한 중소기업이 금융기관에서 원활하게 대출을 받을 수 있도록 완화된 심사 기준을 적용, 기업당 최대 3억 원까지 보증을 지원하는 제도다. 경기 침체가 지속되는 상황에서 기업들의 경영 안정화를 돕는 ‘든든한 버팀목’ 역할을 하고 있다.
