고양특례시 농업기술센터가 새해를 맞아 농업인의 영농 역량 강화와 소득 증대를 위한 실용교육을 실시한다.
시는 오는 19일부터 23일까지 5일간 고양시농업기술센터 대강당에서 '2026년 새해농업인 실용교육'을 진행한다고 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 농업인의 새해 영농계획 수립을 지원하고, 최신 농업기술과 경영·마케팅, 6차 산업 관련 내용을 체계적으로 제공하기 위해 마련됐다.
고양시 농업인을 대상으로 총 5회에 걸쳐 300명이 참여할 예정이다.
교육 과정은 농업기술, 가공기술, 친환경, 도시농업, 화훼 등 5개 과정으로 구성되며, 과정별로 하루 3시간씩 운영된다.
농업 현장의 수요를 반영한 실용 중심 교육으로 편성해 교육 효과를 높일 계획이다.
공통 교육으로는 2026년 새해농업인 실용교육 추진 방향, 주요 농정 시책 및 시범사업 안내, 탄소중립 생활 실천 교육, 가축방역 및 고농도 미세먼지 대응 농업인 행동요령 등이 진행된다.
과정별 교육에서는 농업마케팅의 새로운 패러다임, 농식품 원가관리 및 유통전략, 농업용 생균제 사용 방법, 치유농업 시설 운영과 제도 이해, 식물의 이해 등 농업인의 관심도가 높은 주제를 중심으로 외부 전문강사가 강의에 나선다.
강사진은 중앙 및 도 단위 전문강사와 민간 전문가로 구성되며, 시군 간 전문강사 교류를 통해 교육의 전문성과 다양성을 강화할 방침이다.
고양시 농업기술센터 관계자는 "이번 새해농업인 실용교육은 변화하는 농업 환경에 대응하고 농업인의 경쟁력을 높이는 데 중점을 뒀다"며 "현장에 바로 적용할 수 있는 실질적인 교육이 될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다"고 말했다.
교육 참여를 희망하는 농업인 및 예비농업인은 별도의 신청 없이 현장 접수를 통해 당일 교육에 참여할 수 있다.
