고양특례시가 취약계층의 식생활 지원을 강화한다.
시는 13일 지역 내 저소득 가구의 균형 잡힌 식생활을 돕고 농식품 소비를 촉진하기 위해 '농식품 바우처 사업'을 확대 시행한다고 밝혔다.
이번 사업의 지원 대상은 생계급여 수급 가구(기준 중위소득 32% 이하) 중 임산부, 영유아, 아동, 청년을 포함한 가구다.

특히 올해부터는 청년을 포함한 가구가 새롭게 지원 대상에 추가돼 지원 범위가 넓어졌다.
지원 기간도 기존 10개월에서 12개월로 2개월 연장되어 1월부터 12월까지 연중 내내 지원받을 수 있게 됐다.
지원 금액은 가구원 수에 따라 월 4만원에서 최대 18만 7천원까지 차등 지원된다.
농식품 바우처 카드로 구입할 수 있는 품목은 국산 채소, 과일, 육류, 잡곡, 두부, 흰우유, 임산물 등 신선 식품이다.
대상 가구는 바우처 카드로 지정된 사용처에서 해당 품목을 자유롭게 구입할 수 있다.
신청은 주민등록 주소지 관할 동 행정복지센터에 신분증을 지참해 방문하거나, 농식품 바우처 통합플랫폼 또는 농식품바우처 고객지원센터를 통해 온라인으로도 가능하다.
기존 이용자는 별도 신청 절차 없이 자격 확인 후 자동으로 바우처가 지급된다.
