“건설업계의 따뜻한 나눔”... 대한건설협회 포천시협의회, 성금 1,000만 원 기탁

<브레이크뉴스 포천=이용하 기자>대한건설협회 경기도회 포천시협의회가 추운 겨울을 보내고 있는 소외된 이웃들을 위해 따뜻한 온정을 전했다.

포천시는 지난 12일 대한건설협회 경기도회 포천시협의회(회장 김대완)가 시청을 방문해 지역 내 어려운 이웃을 돕기 위한 성금 1,000만 원을 기탁했다고 밝혔다.

이번 성금은 장기화된 경기 침체로 경제적 어려움을 겪고 있는 관내 취약계층을 지원하고, 지역사회 전반에 나눔 문화를 확산하기 위해 마련됐다. 대한건설협회 포천시협의회는 평소에도 건설산업의 건전한 육성과 발전에 힘쓰는 한편, 지역사회 공헌 활동에도 적극적으로 참여해 왔다.

김대완 포천시협의회장은 “우리 주변의 어려운 이웃들에게 조금이나마 실질적인 도움을 드리고자 회원들의 마음을 모았다”며, “앞으로도 지역사회와 함께하는 나눔 활동에 지속적으로 동참해 더 행복한 포천시를 만드는 데 힘을 보태겠다”고 소감을 밝혔다.
