전북 익산시와 지역 대표 금융협동조합인 원광새마을금고가 저출생 극복을 위한 상생 금융 일환으로 두 손을 맞잡았다.
익산시는 13일 시청 소회의실에서 원광새마을금고와 '출생축하 아기통장 발급 지원사업'을 골자로 업무협약을 체결했다.
이날 협약으로 원광새마을금고 영업점을 방문해 태어난 자녀 명의로 통장을 개설하면 해당 계좌로 출생 축하금 10만 원이 입금된다.
익산시는 읍ㆍ면ㆍ동 행정복지센터와 유관 기관 등을 통해 시민들이 혜택을 받을 수 있도록 홍보한다.
